I have invented a word: aggrolanche. Noun. What happens you accidently trigger a bunch of computer-controlled enemies.

For example, “We were doing great in BRS last night, but then some idiot newb triggered an aggrolanche and we wiped.” (Example courtesy of Drew, since I have zero MMO street cred).
